RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Simply Modest does NOT offer any refunds or exchanges on items due to them being intimate pieces. We kindly ask that you choose your items carefully prior to submitting your order.
Please note: Lighting and display settings may cause minor colour variation.
FAULTY ITEMS POLICY
Simply Modest will offer an exchange on items that are faulty. In order for an exchange to be approved, it must be evaluated by our team. All faulty item enquiries must be submitted within 7-days of receiving your order.
