Refund & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Simply Modest does NOT offer any refunds or exchanges on items due to them being intimate pieces. We kindly ask that you choose your items carefully prior to submitting your order.

Please note: Lighting and display settings may cause minor colour variation.

Faulty Items

FAULTY ITEMS POLICY

Simply Modest will offer an exchange on items that are faulty. In order for an exchange to be approved, it must be evaluated by our team. All faulty item enquiries must be submitted within 7-days of receiving your order.

Shipping

TIMEFRAMES

All items are delivered by AusPost. Items are shipped within 24-hours of your order.

Standard Shipping:

  • Same state: 2-4 business days
  • Interstate: 3-6 business days

Express Shipping:

  • Same state: 1-2+ business days
  • Interstate: 1-3+ business days

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email once your order has been shipped. You can track your parcel via AusPost.

Care Instructions

HIJAB

Care: Secure softly with magnets or hijab tape. Avoid heat — steaming or ironing is not recommended.

Wash: Wash by hand, gently and separately, in cold water. Dry in open air, away from sunlight. Do not use pegs to keep the edges smooth.

BALACLAVA

Wash: Dry Clean Only
